INFORMATION ON MBBS/ POST GRADUATION  COURSES IN GMC

Goa Medical College admits 150 students for the MBBS course. The course is recognised by the Medical Council of India. The admission takes place at the Directorate of Technical Education and strictly follows the guidelines laid down by the Medical Council of India. The admission is based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the Common Entrance Test. The distribution of seats is as follows :

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Category	Candidate Should Pass the Board Exams and Secure
General, ESM, FF,CSP,NRI	At least 50% marks in PCB in the board exams and CET
PH	Atleast 45% marks in PCB in the board exams and CET
OBC, ST, SC	At least 40% marks in the board exams and CET
